Oz Trade Supplies purpose built facility in Nerang on the Gold Coast was designed to enhance our supply offering to our valued customers. Our modern computerized ordering system allows us to carefull monitor our current and previous sales whilst providing us with a suggested forecast.
This system has proven very successful in maintaining expected stock levels and meeting our customers’ expectations and commitments.
All back orders are indicated at point of sales and flagged daily for reordering with the relevant supplier. Our warehouse supervisor monitors incoming and outgoing stock to ensure correct rotation of lines in order to prevent any aged inventory.
Safety in the delivery of your goods is important to us, that’s why every van is equipped with the necessary equipment so that in the unlikely event of an incident we can minimize any inconvenience to our customers. All freight is carefully packaged by our team members and labeled for customized delivery. All deliveries via courier are traceable via our partnered online ordering system.
